We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while managing sales transactions and maintaining a clean environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail/cleanliness, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively upsell and promote sales.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the gym.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills are essential for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and retail math is an advantage.
- Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive customer experience.
