Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Lift Bridge Brewery.
Responsibilities:
- Serve draft beer for on-site & off-site sales
- Maintain an enjoyable atmosphere for customers
- Ability to multi-task, lead supporting help and provide friendly customer service
- Interact with and educate customers about craft beverages
- Check identification in accordance with State regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and inventory
- Perform open/close responsibilities independently and as part of a team
- Execute events and promotions
Requirements:
- Appreciation for craft beer
- Effective, outgoing, friendly communicator/greeter to actively engage customers
- Ability to communicate description of multiple beer styles and flavors
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- GED or High School Diploma
- Work on your feet during the shift
- Carry at least 50 lbs
- Experience in retail or bar/restaurant environments
