About The Role
Lift Business Resources is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Maintenance & Leasing Coordinator to support one of our clients in the property management space. This fully remote role will manage incoming maintenance requests and provide follow-up to ensure they’re resolved promptly and efficiently. You’ll coordinate with both internal and external vendors, track progress, and confirm completion. Occasional communication with tenants may be needed when additional clarity or coordination is required. The role also includes light administrative responsibilities to help support and streamline property operations.
In addition to maintenance coordination, this position plays a vital role during the leasing season. You’ll help manage showings, respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and agents, and ensure the leasing process stays on track. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, well-organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Coordination
- Monitor and track incoming maintenance requests (typically 2–3 per day)
- Assign requests to the in-house handyman or to external vendors as needed
- Order new appliances when repairs are not possible
- Schedule and follow up on maintenance work at various properties
- Occasionally communicate directly with tenants to clarify or resolve issues
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests, typically within 48 hours
- Confirm apartment showings
- Respond to occasional inquiries from realtors or prospective tenants
- Maintain timely, professional communication throughout leasing season
- Keep accurate records of maintenance requests and vendor communications
- Assist with light administrative tasks to support ongoing property operations
This role requires consistent availability during one of the following Eastern Time blocks:
- Preferred: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM ET
- Alternate: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM ET
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
- Comfortable using digital tools, mobile apps, and task management systems
