Lift For Life Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Wrestling Coach for middle and high school female athletes to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement training programs for students in wrestling.
- Teach wrestling that promotes fitness, health, and well-being.
- Manage student behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
- Organize and lead practice sessions, ensuring all participants are engaged and improving their skills.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate events and competitions.
- Maintain a safe training environment in gyms, ensuring all equipment is used properly.
- Encourage teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among students.
Experience
- Previous experience in teaching wrestling coaching sports is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques to effectively guide students.
- Experience working with students of various age groups in a coaching or educational setting.
- Knowledge of wrestling techniques or martial arts is a plus.
- Proven ability to coach wrestling.
