Lift For Life Academy is seeking an energetic and passionate High School Junior Varsity Cheerleading Coach. This position is responsible for choosing new members, creating choreographies, organizing practice sessions, monitoring each cheerleader, recommending safe techniques, and supervising warm-ups. A cheer coach leads a cheer squad by guiding them through training and performances. This can involve leading conditioning and strength training exercises, teaching cheerleaders choreography for routines, and observing cheerleading squads during practices and performances at different sporting venues. The Cheer coach provides direction to student-athletes so that they can achieve a high level of skill as well as an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork in Cheerleading. We need a leader that has a passion for the sport to reach our goal for each student-athlete to achieve strong self-esteem and high personal expectations.
