Description:
- Ensure all rental contracts are accurate and comply with Lift Power, Inc policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and manage the Certificate of Insurance database, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure compliance.
- Review and confirm all rental agreements to meet company requirements.
- Receive and process customer rental requests, preparing contracts as needed.
- Coordinate special projects and rental modifications for the rental department, obtaining necessary authorizations.
- Process manufacturer-required data plate requests for rental equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all rental equipment, including batteries and chargers.
- Oversee the rental invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate closure of invoices.
- Receive and process purchase orders for rental department.
- Assist with rental audit preparation.
- Coordinate logistics for the delivery and return of rental equipment.
- Engage with customers via calls and emails to determine their rental needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Serve as the lead advocate for the onboarding process of new rental customers, including collecting Certificates of Insurance, credit applications, and COD details.
