Key Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Assisting with day-to-day office activities such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
• Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
• Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintaining accurate records and files
• Assisting with accounting tasks such as data entry and invoicing
• Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior office administration experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
