We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal performance of all equipment and facilities. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee maintenance tasks related to high voltage systems, logic controllers, and other electrical components.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical problems and ensuring proper functionality.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Lead project management initiatives related to facility upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and compliance documentation.
- Foster a culture of safety by conducting training sessions on best practices and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including high voltage applications and logic controllers.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience in project management related to maintenance operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
