We are hiring a Branch Manager in Atlanta, GA.
The Branch Manager will grow both revenues and profits of the branch. This role collaborates with operations and other departments to develop strategies to maximize their objectives. In addition to ensuring operational budgets are met and profits are maximized, the manager provides leadership to the branch team-creating a culture of safety, quality, service, and customer satisfaction, all while holding themselves and their team accountable. Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the fabrication warehouse and uphold a safety culture.
- Achieve operational targets and budgets.
- Responsible for the performance of the branches through analysis of the P&L, acceptable inventory levels, and tracking efficiencies.
- Create a culture of Safety, Quality, and Customer Service Focus, while adhering to company policies and procedures and conducting monthly safety meetings.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure service standards are maintained with top customers and / or prospects.
- Conduct monthly operational meetings with the teams, assuring ownership and accountability of goals and objectives.
- Provide input to company leadership on specific plans, reports, and analysis for growth.
- Performance management of team members by coaching, mentoring, motivating, assessing strengths and weaknesses, reviewing, evaluating, and proactively train, develop, and improve.
- Manage inventory by conducting weekly cycle counts / annual physical inventory.
- Continually develop technical and professional knowledge by attending workshops, seminars, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional trade associations.
- Point of contact for building, vehicle, and equipment failures, upgrades and maintenance.
