The Director of Sales will drive revenue growth and market expansion for our overhead crane service company. This role will oversee the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Sales Team Leadership :
Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Monitor sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
