We are hiring an Inspection Coordinator in Peoria, IL. The Inspections Coordinator will ensure smooth operations in scheduling and coordinating inspections and maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedule inspections based on customer availability and workload.
- Forecast the required manpower to complete inspections.
- Communicate with customers to confirm inspection times.
- Ensure all necessary rental equipment is secured and delivered on time.
- Coordinate with Field Operative to address any discrepancies in the inspection documents.
- Audit inspection reports to ensure they are completed before sending them to End Users.
- Quote and manage emergency parts as needed.
- Close out jobs and prepare them for billing.
- Generate sales orders for inspections and repairs.
- Retrieve P.O.s from customers.
- Oversee the renewal process, including generating quotes for renewals and sending them to customers.
- Provide support to other service team members.
Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Previous work experience in Manufacturing or Automotive industry required.
- Knowledge of Overhead Crane & Hoist - Rigging terminology.
- Possesses basic computer skills and is familiar with MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret service statements and work orders.
Ability to work in an office environment sitting and standing.
