Aftermarket Territory Representative
Job Summary:
The Aftermarket Territory Representative will concentrate on executing sales strategies aimed at enhancing business with both new and existing clients, focusing on fostering relationships within a designated geographic region for aftermarket products and services. This role often involves collaboration with dealers and customers to meet sales objectives and elevate customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to explore new business prospects across all product lines within your assigned area.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Sell Planned Maintenance, Full Maintenance, batteries, chargers, attachments, hand pallet trucks (HPT/PTHs), tires, SMO catalog items, quoted shop and field jobs, and new rentals offered by Lift Solutions, Inc. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating leads for both new and used equipment, as well as Allied sales leads for other Aftermarket Territory Representatives.
- Strategically organize and oversee the designated territory to optimize revenue opportunities
- Ensure high quality customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize relevant sales techniques, programs, and marketing resources, such as cold calling, prospecting, networking, and market insights
- Deliver precise and timely forecasts, proposals, order documentation, and necessary paperwork
- Provide and follow-up on leads given to Account Managers
- Complete weekly itinerary (Zone Planning)
- Complete 50 calls per week
- Sign up 15 PMs per month
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 5 years of aftermarket experience strongly preferred
- Experience within the material handling industry strongly preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds, up to 50 pounds on occasion.
