Core Responsibilities
- Apply an unyielding focus on safety during inspections and service operations.
- Conduct in-depth OSHA compliance evaluations and systematic maintenance for multiple types of crane and hoist equipment.
- Diagnose, inspect, refurbish, and offer superior service to client equipment.
- Perform electrical/mechanical adjustments or fixes with or without detailed schematics.
- Adapt to working at heights and withstand varying temperature extremes and high-noise environments, coupled with a physical strength requirement of up to 100lbs lifting capacity.
- Notify clients of any significant discrepancies or safety issues discovered during inspections.
- Maintain strong, cooperative relationships with team members and clients, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and high-quality customer service.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience or aptitude in managing and troubleshooting all varieties of crane and hoist machinery, electrical or mechanical, is desired.
- Grow a deep understanding of relevant Federal, State, and local codes related to crane systems.
- Proven ability to operate independently without direct oversight.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to professionally engage with customers and represent the company.
- Effective communication both internally and externally to provide task updates.
- Accountable for company-provided assets, including vehicles and tools.
- Utilization of personal hand tools and meters is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record are compulsory.
