Cannabis Grower/Gardener

We are a Tier-3 cannabis producer/processor seeking a highly motivated, passion-driven individual to add to our Cultivation Team! At Lifted Cannabis Company we strive to consistently provide top shelf/premium cannabis products to the I-502 recreational market. To achieve this goal, we look to seek out high energy individuals with the ability to multi-task and change directions quickly. We are looking for dedicated and goal-oriented individuals, with good communication skills, who enjoy working in a team environment to accomplish the tasks at hand.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform all the tasks in the following:

Follow all Garden SOPs/Systems/Processes/Schedules/Garden techniques, mixing of garden nutrients (basic math required), basic garden sanitization/sterilization of rooms, transplanting, watering techniques, defoliation, flushing, foliar sprays, waste disposal and inventory management.

EXPERIENCE:

• Have I-502 experience preferred.
• Legally able to work in the state of Washington State.
• 21 years of age or older
• Physical aptitude is necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of grow warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND EXPECTATIONS:

Include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Operational

• Assist garden team in executing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Assist with cannabis plants, giving each individual plant the attention/care it requires.
• Assist plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all garden needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep garden healthy and expenses low.
• Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
• Daily cleaning of personal workspace as well as the group workspace as necessary
• All employees will be actively participating in daily sanitation practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00/hr

Benefits after 1 year of employment:

• Paid time off (5 days paid, 5 days unpaid, 10 days total)

• Cannabis Cultivation Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
