Join our team as a Director of Business Systems , reporting directly to the Deputy CFO. In this pivotal role, you'll connect strategy and communication across our General & Administrative (G&A) and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, advancing growth and innovation in the dynamic Global AdTech industry.
This role is in charge of overall systems architecture and governance, including data architecture and Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, while maintaining compliance and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Design and oversee the enterprise-wide systems roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Governance & Compliance : Establish and enforce governance standards and policies to maintain system & data integrity, system security, and system performance including defining data domains and data domain ownership.
- Collaboration : Work collaboratively with IT teams and other key business contacts to clearly understand the business needs and technical requirements. Assist in advancing architecture projects and initiatives.
- Systems Optimization : Drive business process improvements and lead integrated system design, ensuring scalable and proficient operations.
- Change Management : Develop strategies that maximize the impact of new technology deployments through effective adoption and user participation.
- Team Management : Manage business solutions teams, service providers, and architects to deliver innovative, end-to-end technology solutions.

Location : This role is eligible for full-time remote work in one of our entities; however, there will travel to the Redwood City Hub in California once every 2 or 3 weeks : CA, CO, ID, IL, FL, GA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, PA, OR, TX, UT, and WA. We are a remote-first company with US hubs in Redwood City, Los Angeles, and NYC.
Compensation : Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health / vision / dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on candidate location and experience. The following are our base salary ranges for this role :
SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles / Orange County : $190,000 - $230,000 plus bonus
Seattle / Olympia, Austin, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Boston : $175,000 - $215,000 plus bonus
All other cities and towns in our approved states : $165,000 - $200,000 plus bonus
