Light Bulb Depot is national commercial wholesale company seeking to hire a highly self motivated individual to fill an Assistant Sales Manager position. Full time, Monday thru Friday, rotating Saturday. Weekly pay, benefits, and monthly sales incentives.
The duties of a Assistant Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Sales Manager as directed
- Train, schedule and manage employees in daily tasks
- Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs
- Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance and other operational functions
- Research and learn product, monitor sales performance.
- Engage in phone sales, cold calling, and outside sales calls
- Serve as acting Sales Manager when out of the office
Ideal candidate will posses:
- Business to Business sales experience.
- Excellent listening skills to fully understand the needs of customer
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Detail oriented
- Demonstrate multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Required:
- At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 2 years of previous phone sales, telemarketing, or call center experience
- at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license with no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years.
- Able to read, write, and understand English, a secondary language a plus.
- Other requirements are to be discussed in the interview.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 7 am - 5:30 pm
- Saturday 8 am - 4:30
