We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse to provide personalized care to our 22 year old patient with Trach and Ventilator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in various medical settings. Duties
- Monitoring and Documentation
- Trach Management
- Ventilator Management
- Patient and Family Support
- Perform and manage any medical equipment as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
Experience
- Proven experience in nursing, particularly in private duty or home health settings.
- Familiarity with memory care practices and experience working with children.
- Background in travel nursing or emergency medicine is desirable.
- Strong assessment skills with the ability to triage effectively in various situations.
