What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrative Coordinator/Scheduler position at Light-Heigel & Associates, Inc.?
Light-Heigel & Associates, Inc. has several offices located throughout South Central Pennsylvania providing civil engineering, land surveying and municipal services with a professional staff of civil engineers, surveyors, municipal specialists, CAD drafters, building code inspectors and support personnel. We are looking to add an Administrative Coordinator for Building Code Inspections and other Property Inspections at our newest office located in Annville.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling inspections for up to 5 individuals
- Process applications for building and zoning permits
- Daily administrative support to technical staff
- Scan building plans/documents and electronic filing
- Answering phone calls and reviewing voicemails
- Assisting applicants with permit applications
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and typing skills
- Customer service focus
- Great communication skills
- Ability to manage scheduling calendars
- Efficient and accurate data entry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
