Position: Housekeeper
Location: Fort Collins & Poudre Park, Colorado
Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time | $15.00 per hour Tips
Edwards House, a charming and historic boutique inn in Fort Collins, and It’s a Wonderful Place is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and common areas based on occupancy
- Perform laundry, bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom/kitchen cleaning
- Organize linens, towels, and guest amenities
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Ensure a clean, welcoming, and orderly environment throughout the inn
- Move small furniture as necessary
- Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition
Light Kitchen Duties
- Wash, dry, and organize dishes
- Run the dishwasher
- Assist with basic food prep and plating
- Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and inventory
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 year experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferred)
- Familiarity with hospitality cleaning standards
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude
Schedule & Compensation
- Day shifts only – keep your evenings free!
- Weekend availability is required
- Flexible hours, depending on your schedule and Inn needs
- Starting at $16.00/hour (higher starting rate with experience)
- $.50 raise every 6 months
