Position Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team. The BCBA will oversee behavioral assessment and treatment programs, collaborate with families and staff, and ensure the highest quality of care for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Behavioral Assessment & Program Development :
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other standardized assessments.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
Program Implementation & Oversight :
Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff on implementing treatment plans.
Collaboration & Communication :
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency across environments.
Data Collection & Analysis :
Ensure accurate data collection and maintain documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Ethical and Professional Standards :
Adhere to the BACB Code of Ethics and stay updated on best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Qualifications :
Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.
