Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support critical functions across Internal Operations, Investor Relations, and Business Development. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, enhancing investor engagement, reinforcing sourcing efforts, and driving operational efficiency across the firm.

Working closely with senior leadership, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, balancing multiple responsibilities while contributing to the firm’s long-term success. This position provides broad exposure to the strategic and operational aspects of the private equity industry and offers significant opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses responsibilities across three core areas :

Internal Operations

  • Partner with leadership to evaluate and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with the firm’s priorities.
  • Manage cross-functional projects to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency, championing scalability and adoption of technology solutions.
  • Lead internal reporting and analytics, translating data into actionable insights for portfolio management and investor communications.
  • Coordinate team initiatives, including investment meetings and strategic offsites, to enhance decision-making and strengthen organizational culture.

Investor Relations

  • Craft and deliver high-quality investor communications, including quarterly updates, co-investment materials, and content for annual meetings.
  • Support fundraising efforts through the development of pitch materials, management of data rooms, and response to investor inquiries.
  • Enhance the investor CRM system, maintaining data integrity and leveraging insights to inform relationship-building strategies.
  • Business Development

  • Collaborate with the investment team to design and implement sourcing strategies, cultivating relationships with key intermediaries and industry leaders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and sectors aligned with the firm’s investment thesis.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine outreach efforts and optimize deal flow.
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required.
  • 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting; experience in investor relations or business development is a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
