REMOTE POSITION

Job Summary:

Seeking an enthusiastic, empathetic and goal-oriented Patient Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in educating patients on the importance of our programs for remote patient monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Make assigned outbound calls to prospective patients informing them and educating patients of our remote patient monitoring program
• Meet weekly and daily enrollment targets, idle time and call goals
• Accurately record outcomes, enrollment status and patient information
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team to improve outcomes
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences
• Comfortable with phone-based outreach
• Basic Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
• Time Management skills
• Prior customer service role
• Healthcare background (preferred)
• High Speed Internet with 100 mbs download
• Quiet space to make calls
  
  

Compensation:

• $18/hr
• Internet Reimbursement
