Position Overview
We are looking for an organized, highly analytical, self-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to support the development and execution of our integrated marketing demand generation and retention plan in collaboration with marketing and business stakeholders. You will be a key-member of the marketing team, directly contributing to the growth of our business by ensuring our integrated marketing demand generation initiatives are optimized and executed flawlessly — ensuring all marketing touch points are tracked, attributable and no lead is left behind.
The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing our demand-gen and retention programs, analyzing marketing data, and building comprehensive marketing reports. We are looking for someone who has deep experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and understands the B2B enterprise sales process and B2B marketing KPIs.
This role will report directly to the SVP, Marketing.
What you will do and achieve
Support and successfully execute customized marketing automation demand-gen campaigns and projects across multi-channel to support retention and new business growth.
Analyze marketing campaigns data and build comprehensive marketing performance dashboards and reports focused on marketing KPIs and ROI.
Build and optimize marketing communication emails, utilizing A/B testing.
Build and optimize targeted marketing segments to support retention and new business Ensure all marketing touch points are tracked, attributable and no lead is left behind
Analyze prospect and customer data, support marketing data clean up and data enrichment
Collaborate effectively and work closely with marketing and business stakeholders.
This is an exempt position within the $90K range based on a 40-hour work week. Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, and industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related fields of study is preferred or relevant work experience
Experience
2-5 years of marketing automation experience with focus on B2B multi-channel integrated marketing and demand gen optimization
2-5 years of experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
Key Knowledge & Skills
Strong written and verbal marketing communication skills
Strong project management skills, proven ability to multi-task and execute marketing demand gen projects simultaneously
Analytical mindset, attention to details, comfortable developing and analyzing marketing attribution reports

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
