As a Lead Teacher, you will:
- Make every day an adventure in learning.

- Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
- Coach and mentor assistant teachers to develop a strong classroom teaching team.
- Share with your co-workers the joys of creating a-ha moments with children.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
License/Certification:
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
Work Location: One location, Warren, NJ
Qualifications
- Child Development Associate Certification
- Experience with children in a childcare or daycare setting
- Classroom experience working with toddlers
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- First aid certification
- Understanding of childhood development and behavior management techniques
- Ability to manage a classroom and provide a nurturing environment for young children
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
