Lightburn is seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Attribution Specialist to help our clients turn data into smarter marketing decisions. In this role, you’ll identify reporting needs, formulate measurement and attribution strategies, and work closely with developers and digital marketing analysts to ensure accurate and reliable data collection and analysis. You’ll focus on uncovering insights that improve campaign performance and guide marketing strategy.

Please note: the Lightburn office is located in Milwaukee. We are currently seeking candidates based in Southeastern Wisconsin who will come into the office multiple times a month and attend client meetings as needed.
Requirements
Skills, Tactics, and Experience Required:
- 5 years in a marketing analytics role
- Extensive experience with GA4 and other analytics tools
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager
- Experience working in common sources of marketing data - digital ad platforms, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
- Basic working knowledge of JavaScript, Google Apps Script, SQL, and/or HTML
- Experience working with developers or data engineers on reporting and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to create clear reports and present insights to stakeholders
Must-Haves:
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing KPIs - traffic, engagement, events, conversions, ROAS, etc.
- A relentless pursuit for accurate and actionable marketing data
- A passion for both marketing strategy and data integrity
- Ability to glean insights from disparate data sources, such as website analytics, search & social ad platforms, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions, including presentations as well as ad hoc discussions
