As a Regional VP of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our customer base. You will oversee a team of 8 enterprise sales representatives, focusing on acquiring new logos and achieving the team's $1M in annually recurring revenue (ARR) quota. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a high-performance sales culture and ensuring the team's success in new business acquisition.
Responsibilities : Leadership and Management :
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 8 enterprise sales reps.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer value.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Establish proper expectations for the team with respect to territory management, account management, activity levels, opportunity and funnel management, and CRM compliance; hold team accountable to those expectations.
