LightFeather is currently seeking an experienced and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our innovative creative team. This is a Full Time, Remote Position.

Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute visually compelling designs for both digital and print mediums, including websites, social media content, marketing collateral, advertisements, and presentations, ensuring alignment with project objectives and target audience needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams to create cohesive design solutions that align with strategic goals and drive brand engagement.
• Uphold and enhance brand identity by adhering to established guidelines while infusing innovative and fresh design perspectives across all deliverables.
• Prepare, optimize, and deliver production-ready assets for print and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy in file formats, resolution, and specifications.
• Conduct ongoing research to stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices, integrating insights to keep designs modern and impactful.
• Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion by setting priorities, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with team members and stakeholders.
