This is a Full Time, Remote Position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
- Implement ServiceNow App Engine, Service Portal, and other relevant modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps
- Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, and catalog items using JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs
- Perform integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers
- Work within an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance
- Follow ServiceNow best practices to maintain system integrity, security, and performance optimization
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and development processes
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- US Citizenship
- Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance. Active DHS, ICE, or DoD clearance preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine development and Service Portal customization
- Experience in ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and automation
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow Scripting API
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify technical solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with system performance optimization and security best practices
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience developing HR systems within ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Flow Designer, and Scoped Applications
- Familiarity with ATF (Automated Test Framework) for quality assurance
- Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow
