LightFeather is currently seeking an experienced Unqork Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead our Unqork team and drive successful project outcomes. You will be responsible for managing, developing, and overseeing Unqork platform-based projects from conception to deployment. This role requires deep expertise in the Unqork platform, with a focus on strategy, leadership, and hands-on development. You will work closely with stakeholders, providing guidance, best practices, and technical solutions to optimize the use of Unqork across client engagements.

This is a Full Time, Remote Position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Unqork practice, including overseeing team performance, resource allocation, and project delivery
- Develop, design, and implement Unqork-based applications and solutions for clients across industries
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define project scope, and deliver tailored solutions
- Establish best practices, standards, and methodologies for Unqork development within the team
- Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and training to team members and client stakeholders
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Unqork practice to align with industry trends and emerging technology
- Develop documentation and user guides to support deployed applications and support team training
- Manage team members, timelines, and project milestones to ensure successful project delivery
- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance at the Public Trust level or above. Active or prior clearance is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience with Unqork
- Demonstrated expertise in Unqork, including platform configuration, workflow design, and data management
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, project management principles, and software development lifecycle
- Experience in client-facing roles, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of Unqork developers and analysts
- Unqork certification (e.g., Unqork Certified Professional) is highly preferred
- Familiarity with other no-code/low-code platforms is a plus
- Experience in solution architecture and digital transformation strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
