Job Summary :
The Restaurant Sales & Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and execute strategies to increase restaurant and catering sales, and maintain exceptional service standards. This role requires a self-motivated individual comfortable with traveling locally to generate awareness, secure catering partnerships, and drive revenue growth. A proactive approach and ability to operate independently in a restaurant setting are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Growth & Business Development :
- Focus on organic growth of restaurant sales by creating community connections and partnerships.
- Travel locally to nearby areas to raise awareness of Livello and secure catering opportunities.
- Develop and execute monthly strategies to grow catering sales, with commissions tied to performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, businesses, and organizations for recurring catering opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance and identify new revenue streams.
