What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Helper (P/T) position at LightFire Group?
- Manage and organize inventory, ensuring products are accurately tracked.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Move materials and products between warehouse locations as needed.
- Ensure proper storage of materials and products, following company safety and organization protocols.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Operate a forklift to move inventory safely within the warehouse.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with Sublimation and DTF pressing tasks, including setup and operation when required.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Work with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet daily goals.
- Be willing to take on additional tasks in various areas to help the team stay on track.
Qualifications:
- Forklift certified is a plus!
- Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management, including picking, packing, and organizing materials.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, kneeling, and pushing/pulling heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Detail-oriented, able to track and manage inventory accurately.
- Willing to pitch in with Sublimation and DTF printing tasks when needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required.
