Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on Automotive Industry Accounts: including OEMs and Tiered Suppliers
- Hunt for new accounts and generate opportunities that lead to sales.
- Build rapport quickly while cultivating essential relationships - based on trust, responsiveness, support, collaborative selling and “one team” values.
- Evangelize the LightGuide software portfolio through compelling product demonstrations, pilot programs and integrated solutions definition.
- Work within our CRM platform – Salesforce.com – to track your accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, quotes, and follow our embedded sales process based on MEDDIC principles.

Required Competencies:
- Demonstrated track record of breaking into and growing new accounts, achieving, and exceeding SaaS recurring revenue objectives in complex solutions environments at Fortune 500 clients.
- Exhibit “Challenger” attributes including an entrepreneurial spirit, hunter mentality and abstract reasoning ability to move seamlessly from high-level strategic direction to managing detailed tasks.
- Candidates must have a consistent ability to work and sustain attention with distractions and/or interruptions.
- Ability to interact appropriately with a variety of individuals including customers/clients. Ability to deal with people under adverse circumstances.
- Ability to work as an integral part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Ideally, 3-5 years experience in tech services, sales, or a professional consulting firm.

Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel to client sites (expected travel of 50%). Most travel in the North American region.
