We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Therapist to join our team at the Lighthouse Autism Center. As an integral member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in creating personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each learner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment goals/plans for learners on your caseload.
- Maintain strong relationships with parent(s)/caregiver(s) through regular trainings and support sessions.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for new learners, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion of insurance forms.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians to optimize center management and ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a field encompassing behavior analytic content.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Eligibility to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
- 2-3 years of experience working with diverse age groups in the ABA field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
