LAC is excited to bring our services to North Carolina (Statesville, Hickory, & Monroe), and we're looking for an experienced BCBA to serve as our Regional Director!
What to expect in the role :
As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing 3-5 centers and play a key role in the oversight, management, and growth of ABA services. You will lead a team of ABA professionals in the delivery of high-quality services while managing each center's capacities, operations, and utilizations. Other responsibilities include :
- Conducting weekly meetings with each center's Clinical Director to review clinical updates, status of the building, performance of staff, etc.
- Supervise, support, and coordinate apprentice and direct supervision program participants
- Supervise clinical programming audits of clinicians at all levels as needed
- Supervise insurance reports to ensure quality and efficacy
- Communicate with Senior Director of Clinical Operations regarding enrollment for learners under region
- Assist Clinical Directors / Program Managers with conducting initial assessments and / or initial parent intakes as needed and coordinate intake of new clients for respective buildings to maintain capacity per building as indicated by budget and forecast
- Mentor transitions out of LAC to least restrictive environments in advance
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate hiring efforts with the Talent Acquisition team
- Supervise development of performance improvement plans and / or other disciplinary interventions with Clinical Director and Human Resources team
- Approve and monitor center budgets (staff appreciation, continuing education, center supplies, etc.), while coordinating with Purchasing team as necessary
- Facilitate quarterly monthly clinic audits for maintenance upkeep and communicate building maintenance needs with Director of Facilities as needed
- Participate in quarterly internal compliance audits and supervise compliance standards
