Position Overview:
As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling of therapy sessions, overseeing clinic logistics, and ensuring efficient operations within the clinic. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has the ability to collaborate effectively with therapists, administrative staff, and clients' parents. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing clinic resources, handling logistical challenges, and collaborating with the Revenue Cycle Management Department.

This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position with working hours from 7am-3pm MST. We are committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance while providing ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Management: Coordinate and manage therapy session schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and therapist availability.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' parents regarding scheduling inquiries, changes, and confirmations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee room assignments, equipment availability, and inventory management for smooth clinic operations.
  • Staff Coordination: Collaborate with therapists and administrative staff to ensure availability and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate client records, therapist availability, and clinic resources in scheduling software.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve logistical or scheduling issues to minimize disruptions to therapy services.
  • Billing Support: Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management Department to ensure accurate and timely submission of billing information.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track scheduling efficiency, resource utilization, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with scheduling software and databases is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of billing practices (approximately 20% of the role).
  • Previous experience in healthcare, ABA, or a related field is a plus.

Compensation:

$23 to $26 per hour (depending on experience).

Hourly, non-exempt position.

  • Paid Holidays: 7 annually (New Year’s, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day).
  • Time Off: 48 hours of annual sick time and 2 weeks of PTO (increasing to 3 weeks in your 3rd year).
  • Health Contributions: $130/month for health insurance, with optional dental, vision, life, AD&D, and critical illness insurance.
