Outpatient Mental Health Clinician / Psychotherapist (Hybrid / Remote)
Lighthouse Behavioral Health and Wellness Center (LBHWC) is a private community behavioral health outpatient clinic comprised of independently licensed social workers, mental health counselors, and those in the process of obtaining licensure. We are currently seeking fee-for-service Masters Level Licensed and pre-licensed clinicians (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psy.D, Ph.D) to join our clinical team in Hyde Park (Boston) and Stoughton, MA.
This is a hybrid/virtual contractual fee-for-service position. Providers must be able to maintain a minimum of 15 client-facing hours per week.
· Facilitate groups, family, and individual sessions and complete all necessary intake documentation
· Conduct level of care assessments and facilitate appropriate admissions and referrals—complete UR for medical necessities for clients.
· Communicate with collateral contacts, including schools, family members, legal systems, psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other treatment facilities.
· Ensure all clinical documentation is completed timely as specified in the clinician handbook.
· Address client clinical issues promptly, including crisis and higher care referrals.
· Attend all supervision/team meetings and scheduled administrative meetings.
· Maintain appropriate ethical and clinical boundaries with clients, family members, and other staff members.
· Maintain compliance with state and federal confidentiality laws, as well as upholding our agency's confidentiality policies and procedures.
· Maintain a professional code of conduct as established by this agency's Code of Conduct.
· Assist with the maintenance of a professional environment of care by setting up and cleaning up group rooms and offices before and after use.
· Appropriately represent Adolescent Advocates at public and private outreach events.
· Other duties as assigned by persons in your chain of command.
· Actively participates in Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program as directed by supervisors
· Ensures that the seamless transitions of patients to provider relations are communicated by providing direct oversight of patient education of the procedure, medication or treatment.
· Welcome specialties and additional certifications; experience with trauma, marginalized populations (including people of color, LGBTQ , etc.), and/or the perinatal population is strongly preferred.
· Holds an Independent License (preferred).
· Possesses at least 1-2 years of post-Masters experience.
· Is self-motivated and autonomous, while demonstrating a strong ability to collaborate with team members and the community.

Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour (rates are determined based on independent licensure)

Day and evening hours / choose your own hours / evenings as needed.
Flexible scheduling from Sunday to Sunday.
