Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS) provides individual, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication assisted treatment for mental health and substance abuse treatment needs. Position : Nurse Manager – Residential Withdrawal Management

Job Summary : This position reports to the Medical Director.

The Nurse Manager – Residential Withdrawal Management (RWM) is responsible for all nursing services under the direction of the Medical Director of RWM. This position also works closely with the clinical site leader, ensuring the provision of safe and high-quality client care while also maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Duties include, but are not limited to :

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring the quality delivery of dependent and independent nursing services.
  • Create and maintain the nursing schedule, arranging for coverage for nurse absences.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff, addressing staffing needs and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Manage performance to ensure the nurses meet the departmental objectives of quality, efficiency, and productivity in providing evidence-based nursing care in the substance use disorder and behavioral health treatment environment.
  • Perform direct nursing care with clients as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Manage the site medical supply inventory, monitoring and controlling expenses while optimizing resources.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the medical director of RWM.
  • Provide nursing coverage during staffing shortages.
  • Required Experience / Certifications :

  • Valid and current state RN license.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in behavioral health and / or substance use disorder treatment.
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in managing a team in a professional career.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and other applicable standards for clinical practice in assigned area(s)
  • Valid Ohio driver's license and insurance.
  • Must pass BCI check, all corporate compliance checks, and employment drug screen.
  • Desired Experience / Certifications :

  • CARN certification preferred.
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday (some on call / weekends requirements to meet the needs of the nursing team after hours)

    Compensation : $92,000 - $123,000 annually
