We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on marketing leader who is a savvy business builder and collaborator, who can assess existing marketing programs, leverage analytics and past experience to identify new opportunities to drive greater value with optimized spend, improve cycle time within admissions operations, identify new channel partners to pipeline new clients, and deliver against clear near-term and long-term business growth targets.

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on marketing leader who is a savvy business builder and collaborator, who can assess existing marketing programs, leverage analytics and past experience to identify new opportunities to drive greater value with optimized spend, improve cycle time within admissions operations, identify new channel partners to pipeline new clients, and deliver against clear near-term and long-term business growth targets.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Assess current marketing programs and capabilities across channels and provide a strategic roadmap to enhance client access and brand awareness to deliver greater value in the near term, optimize channel and referral source segmentation, leverage marketing tools and technologies, and reporting and analytics
- Build an overall demand analysis and size the total addressable market for Lighthouse in current and potential new markers for core clinical programs across substance use, opioid, and mental health disorders
- Improve effectiveness of mobile, social, digital channels including SEO and SEM
- Manage and enable Business Development team to extend the brand among prospective clients and referral channels in core markets with overall goal of increasing high value client referrals
- Provide strategic and operations thought leadership to the Admissions Operations team
- Take a "test and learn" approach to non-digital channels to determine effectiveness and potential lift to core digital activities.
- Closely collaborate with Operations team to coordinate activities and align metrics and goals to individual service lines and facilities
- Determine brand strategy at enterprise vs local level when integrating new acquisitions or launching de novos.
- Manage marketing spend and activities with third party partners to ensure investment is being optimized for maximum return.
- Well-trained, disciplined, hands-on marketing executive with at least 7-10 years of experience in a progression of marketing leadership roles within high-growth organizations.
- Deep experience in multi-channel marketing with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing and how it can be optimally executed to drive client acquisition and conversion
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive the targeting, messaging, channel strategy, and measurement of performance for recommended marketing programs
- Broad understanding of lead gen acquisition and "funnel optimization" best practices. Experience developing or improving upon key metrics and operational marketing dashboards to track ROI and effectiveness of marketing programs
- Experience with how to leverage channels for insights to feed back into other marketing programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead from the front and tie the company's vision to revenue generating activities. Clear track record of setting and evaluating progress against KPI's and delivering on goals as agreed to.
- Experience building a brand story and articulating a compelling value proposition tied to an overarching corporate vision and mission.
- Cross functional experience in business operations or process improvement a plus
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree a plus.
