Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions and techniques.
- Establish and maintain a positive and engaging therapeutic relationship with clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and track progress towards established goals.
- Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers, providing regular updates on therapy progress and suggesting strategies for generalization of skills to the home setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and their families.
