Lighthouse Christian School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Admissions Director to lead our enrollment efforts and welcome new families into our Christ-centered learning community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Christian education, skilled in admissions and marketing, and eager to engage with the local community to grow our student body.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and retention
Build relationships with prospective families, guiding them through the admissions process
Represent the school at community events, churches, and outreach programs
Oversee marketing initiatives and promotional materials
Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth transition for new students
Maintain accurate enrollment records and admissions reports
Conduct school tours, open houses, and informational sessions
Foster strong relationships with feeder schools, churches, and local organizations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or marketing (preferred)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Passion for Christian education and alignment with the school’s mission
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
