What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous Chef position at Lighthouse Christian School?
Lighthouse Cafe is seeking Culinary Team Member 7am-3:30pm (non-negotiable) to be part of our beautiful school campus in Antioch, Tennessee. Our team embraces a positive work environment and fantastic food! We provide fun, familiar meals as well as culinary-forward menu items to our students and staff members.

What you'll do:
- Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with Cafe recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests’ expectations
- Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing
- Interact positively with LCS Cafe guests and Team Members
- Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HACCP)
What you'll need:
- Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen
- ServSafe or Tennessee Food Handler Certificate
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English
- Ability to interact with Cafe guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner
