Requirements:
- Previous experience at a field leadership level
- Understanding of multi-trade construction
- Proven problem-solver, ability to adapt, and overcome obstacles

- Financial acumen and accountability for labor spend on project

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drives productivity for the project.
- Supervises all work through one’s direct reports by communicating and delegating both short- and long-term work plans to them.
- Ensures the work is installed as planned to meet project contract/ specifications, NEC, AHJ, and Lighthouse standards.
- Assists the Pre-Construction and Planning Teams in identifying cost, time savings, and prefabrication options.
- Regularly communicate with all associated project teams (estimating, scheduling, procurement, planning, fabrication, logistics, etc) regarding project status, upcoming milestones, and potential risks.
- Works with project team to maintain the scheduled delivery of materials needed to allow proper workflow.
- Ensures work areas are staged with all necessary tools, equipment, PPE, prefabricated assemblies, and information pertinent to the work at hand.
- Sets expectations for all craft labor
- Serves as the company representative at jobsite meetings for safety, coordination, scheduling, or problem solving.
- Keeps records of daily impacts to the project, notifying project team of possible delays.
- Ensures project schedule is followed and protects our sequence and durations, identifying areas of potential schedule issues.
- Supervises the subcontractors, when applicable.
- Understands financials of project.
- Assists in the creation of project budgets.
- Ensures project progress is being tracked utilizing correct cost codes and quantity tracking.
- Participates in creation of project percent complete financial projections utilizing available data sets.
- Serves as a leader in the company.
- Actively promotes a positive culture for the entire project
- Understands and educates others on company standards.
- Understands and utilizes required software.
- Makes a commitment to continued learning and development.
- Identifies and develops current, new and potential talent
- Is a leader of safety culture; ensures proper safety behavior and takes measures as needed for the projects under their supervision.
- Ensures that the "jobsite specific" and Lighthouse Electric safety standards and regulations are met.
- Works with the safety team to develop site specific safety plan.
- Participates in incident investigations; participates in meetings with involved parties, review results of investigation, and creates a prevention path going forward to ensure there is not a repeat.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Physical Requirements & Travel Demands:
- The position is customer facing and the work is based on a jobsite. The position also involves walking the jobsites on a regular basis as well as visiting the main office.
- Travel is primarily to the jobsite which may be located outside the Pittsburgh area.
- Occasionally attends off-site meetings and training events.
