What We Are Looking For:
** Multiple roles at various levels of experience in our Scheduling dept are available for this position within posted salary range
We are seeking a highly motivated electrical contracting project scheduler to support the execution of our cutting-edge projects at Lighthouse Electric. In this role, you will oversee the planning and tracking from design through execution, providing management with critical decision-making information to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a unique opportunity to start from scratch and leverage first principles to plan a fully integrated execution of Lighthouse Electric’s electrical infrastructure and contracting projects.
- An office-based Scheduler with five (5) or more years of scheduling experience
- Someone with:
- Electrical/MEP construction knowledge
- Experience with industry standard scheduling practices i.e., CPM, Takt, Pull Planning, Last Planner System, etc.
- Advanced knowledge and proficient use of Primavera P6 scheduling software
- The ability to accurately integrate resource, cost & material loading data into schedules and report the budgeted earned value
- Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft and/or Google Suite applications
- Experience in scheduling for projects valued at $10 million or higher
- A strong interoffice collaborator with:
- Demonstrated organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- A strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work calmly under deadlines and external pressure
- A detail-oriented professional with strong written and verbal communication skills
