Job Overview

- Support patients with airway management and ventilatory support when necessary.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients leaving the facility.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients while adhering to infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and pain management techniques.
- Familiarity with cardiac catheterization procedures is a plus.
- Strong skills in medical documentation and record keeping.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
