RN Assistant DON for Skilled nursing facility- Days, Mon - Fri
$2420/week
- 10 week contract
- Mount Olive, NC
- Day Shift 8:30am - 4:30pm - 36 hours guaranteed/week
- Proposed Start Date ASAP
- Required: NC RN License, Assistant DON or DON experience
- 1 year RN experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care in the skilled nursing facility.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with BLS certification and RN licensing requirements.
- Manage critical care situations and provide IV insertion as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and maintain EMR/EHR systems.
- Train and mentor nursing staff on best practices and patient care protocols.
