RN-Case Manager - Days
$2803/week - 40 hours/week
- 13 week contract
- Tuba City, AZ
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm & Weekend rotation with call
- Proposed start date 4/21/25
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
· Associates degree in Nursing, must obtain bachelor’s in nursing within 2 years of hire.
License/Certification:
· Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association throughout employment
· A valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
Experience:
· Must have a minimum of one (3) year of experience in the clinical care setting
· Experience and knowledge of discharge planning, case management, or utilization review processes.
· Demonstrate knowledge of electronic health
- Allscripts EMR is used
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,803.00 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
