As an RN in the Emergency Department, you will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care during night shifts. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, your role involves utilizing core skills such as patient assessment, IV insertion, and catheterization to manage critical situations effectively. You will also leverage premium skills like critical care experience and familiarity with EHR systems, including Epic and Cerner. With required certifications in PALS, BLS, and ACLS, you will ensure the safety and well-being of patients in a fast-paced environment, making a significant impact on their recovery journey.
