Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, including patient assessment and IV insertion.
- Administer medications and perform catheterization as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems.
- Ensure compliance with BLS, ACLS, and PALS protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide support and education.
