Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting, including assessment and monitoring of vital signs.
- Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams using EHR systems like Epic to document patient progress and treatment plans.
- Perform catheterization and tube feeding as necessary, while maintaining patient comfort and dignity.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions, promoting optimal recovery.
