Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform IV insertion and IV infusion procedures with precision.
- Manage pain effectively through appropriate interventions.
- Provide airway management and support for patients as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient care accurately using eClinicalWorks and other electronic health record systems.
- Assist in sonography procedures when required, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Participate in occupational health assessments and initiatives.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills in internal medicine, pain management, and emergency response.
- Experience in operating room (OR) settings is a plus.
- Proficiency in IV insertion techniques and IV infusion protocols.
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with strong interpersonal skills.
